摘要:本研究旨在探讨图书出版业计算机化信息科技运用对组织结构之影响。本研究主要采用问卷调查法，辅以文献分析，以Robbins（1990）提出之组织结构理论模式为核心，参考相关文献、学者及业界专家意见后，修正后为本研究设计之问卷。问卷抽样对象以中华民国出版事业协会会员名录中，20人以上出版厂商的高阶决策人员为研究对象，进行问卷调查。调查所得资料经Z-检定、频次分析、单因子变异数分析等统计分析后，获得结果显示引进信息科技后对组织复杂化程度、正式化程度以及分权化程度的影响，皆有提高的趋势。亦即图书出版业引进信息科技后使其组织复杂化程度提高，组织正式化程度提高以及组织分权化程度提高。

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was exploring the effects of organizational structure by applying computerize information technology upon publishing industry. The result brings up concrete recommend to publish business in applying information technology. Through literature review and a questionnaire survey to analysis the members of sampling. The data was gathered and analyzed by Frequency, Z-test, ANOVA and LSD. The results of the study was drawn that recognized influences of organizational structure have consistency to publishing industry, and the complexity was raised, the formation was raised and the decentralization was raised.
