摘要：
在公元2001年十一月份，海峡两岸分别获淮入WTO世贸组织成为会员国，对于两个在世界贸易举足轻重会员加入，在世界经贸上有其重大而深远影响，做为内需型为主的印刷产业多少仍会受到相当程度影响，不过仍有非常错综复杂变因存在，做为印刷界的人固然无法清晰中分析，就是经贸专门人士也无法准确预估，本文就内需小量印刷、文化印刷、宣传印刷、包装印刷、印刷品外销，做简单分析讨论，其中大陆民主化及思想管制的进程仍然是文化印刷发展最大变因，只能有待时间去观察。
Abstract：
Both side of Taiwan Strait are separate be a membership of WTO at November 2001. Both members are playing a very important role of world trading.
Be an Inner need of printing industry will be some influences by WTO. But this influences will have very complex. Be a printer can not analysis, even the trade specialist they also cannot estimate this influences. This study try to according from on demand printing, publishing printing, business printing, package printing, export printing items to estimate the influences of each. But the big control power of China publishing policy also play the main role of Chinese printing market and printing trade of across Taiwan Strait in future.
