台湾印刷工业的市场狭小、成本偏高、产能过剩、经营困难，而大陆市场广大、成本低廉、精品不足、正大力开发西部，本文阐述把握人无我有、人有我优原则，西进大陆，作正派经营，可为台湾印刷工业创造美好前途。

Abstract：

Taiwan Printing Industry has narrow and small market, high cost, surplus products and hard to management, where as mainland China has a open and large market, low cost, less quality products and start developt to its west area. This paper focuses on the description of sharing benefit between the two sides. Moreover, we must take on upright and proper way to move products management forward to mainland’s market, to create the bright future for Taiwan printing Industry.
